1979 Honda RC500 Noyce World Championship

Graham Noyce's 1979 World Championship winning  Honda RC500.

This hand-built Honda was valued at $250K when built. That is over 1 million in today's dollars and that does not take into account the historical significance.

This is the last of the twin shock model works Honda RCs. Graham ran a Mugen angled swingarm with Ohlin shocks, while teammate Andre Malherbe used a conventional works swingarm with Showa shocks.

World Championship pedigree machines rarely come on the market. Honda RC500 championship bikes almost never.
