Bob Hannah’s 1976 Trans AMA trophy
The Trans AMA Motocross series ran in the fall each year after the US national series was concluded. It pitted the world Grand Prix racers against America's best. The Euros usually came out on top but at the last race of '76 Trans AMA series in Phoenix, a brash newcomer named Bob Hannah broke through with the overall win.
